Joybound (fka ARF) was leaving Luminate Online for Engaging Networks (EN) and retained Cornershop as their agency partner in their onboarding process. CRM onboarding involves a variety of activities, and as their partner agency, we provided custom templates, assistance with data migration, and guidance as they moved to the EN tool.
Engaging Networks provides free onboarding templates, but Joybound wanted something a little more custom to their organization, so we were happy to help! At the end of the project, we had created the following templates for Joybound:
- 2 donation form templates (multi and single step)
- eCards
- 2 Welcome series (new supporter and new donor)
- Unsubscribe page
On the data side we made sure the templates could be used right away by assisting with data clean up, performing a one-time migration, creating profiles and groups, and importing the required address lists.
