San Francisco Food Bank

Following the trend of adding a lightbox to the donation form when donors select a one-time gift, the San Francisco Food Bank had built a lightbox that was difficult to maintain, replicate, and did not provide the best user experience.

That’s where Cornershop came in. We redesigned the lightbox to be more engaging for users and provided a simple script that can be updated and replicated on each donation form with great ease.

Using custom-built tracking codes, we were able to see that this tactic brought a huge increase in online donations for the organization.
