Our longtime client, Lymphoma Research Foundation (LRF), was looking to take their Peer to Peer (P2P) fundraising program in a different direction.
We revamped their P2P experience several years ago to focus on choice and provide information on the various ways supporters could participate. They realized they needed to provide a new user experience because of the cultural shift to increased digital and DIY experiences. They wanted a way to more easily direct potential participants to take specific actions, which would help them get involved.
We started by wireframing the new pages so everyone would know exactly how they should be organized, then we built out each of the pages in WordPress and updated the TeamRaiser wrappers to match the look and feel of the rest of the website. The new P2P system still showcases LRF’s signature walk and ride events, but makes it easier than ever for supporters to join, raise funds, and share their efforts with all of the cool functionality offered by the Blackbaud TeamRaiser plugin.
