What’s the difference between “maintenance” and “support?”
“Maintenance” is the behind-the-scenes work that keeps your site healthy, like updating plugins, monitoring for uptime, backing up your content, and scanning for security threats. “Support” is the hands-on help you need when you want to make changes. Our Maintenance Only plan covers the technical health of your site, while our Support packages include additional “Fast Task” time for us to help you with content updates, troubleshooting, and strategy questions; anything that can fit within a 30-minute request.
What counts as a “Fast Task?”
A Fast Task is any request that our team can complete in 30 minutes or less (or up to 1 hour for Priority Support clients). Common examples include troubleshooting technical errors or issues, fixing a broken link or menu item, investigating a minor formatting issue, uploading a new staff bio or board member photo, or installing and configuring a simple plugin. Tasks that require more complex coding or design work would be quoted separately or covered under a retainer.
What happens if an update breaks my WordPress site?
We’ve got you covered! We use Visual Comparison Monitoring to automatically check your site before and after updates. If a plugin causes a visual issue or breaks a feature, our team will roll back the update to restore your site, investigate the conflict, and resolve it safely, avoiding issues from displaying publicly.

If the outage is related to something within our control, we work to fix it immediately—even on nights and weekends.
