Each year, CSS-AK programs help over 10,000 children, families, and individuals regardless of faith, providing critical services that transform lives. Through our ongoing nonprofit web design retainer, we’ve built new content layouts, a new calendar section, and tracking system to support their mission.
One of CSS-AK’s most exciting recent initiatives is the 3rd Avenue Resource Center, a groundbreaking program designed to connect adults experiencing homelessness with essential services. From immediate needs like a warm shower or a phone charge to long-term support such as case management and employment assistance, this center is a crucial step toward stability and self-sufficiency.
To ensure this initiative reached as many people as possible, our team collaborated with CSS-AK to create a collection of pages to serve as its digital hub, focusing on a user-friendly layout that makes it easy for visitors to find vital resources and access services available at the center.
We also built a dynamic calendar system, allowing providers to update their availability in real time directly Now, individuals seeking help always have the latest information at their fingertips, ensuring they can connect with the right support when they need it most.
As CSS-AK launched the program, we introduced a smart tracking system using QR codes, giving them valuable insights into foot traffic patterns and service demand, allowing them to implement fully-informed strategies and decisions to better allocate their resources. Seeing the potential of this data-driven approach, we worked with their team to expand this strategy across all partner programs, helping them optimize resource allocation and maximize their impact.
