We worked closely with the team at Lautman, Maska, Neill & Company to plan, build, and send effective emails and fundraising campaigns for Pioneers, which has operated volunteer and community support programs in Canada and the US since 1911.
First, Lautman develops the strategy and calendar for the year and works with the Pioneers team to draft campaign messages. Then, we take that content and build out attractive, accessible messages in Higher Logic email platform and donation forms in their CMS, iMIS. After comprehensive testing across many different email services and devices, we schedule them and ensure they send as expected.
Each campaign includes materials like:
- A mobile-friendly email template with unique graphics for specific campaigns.
- Unique tracking codes for campaign links.
- Campaign-specific enhancements like fundraising forms and graphics.
- Updates to iMIS pages and forms.
