We migrated donation forms, email templates, automations, symbolic giving, and peer-to-peer fundraising into Engaging Networks, while also integrating a Salesforce sync (in partnership with Purple Otter) to ensure accurate and seamless data management across platforms. The result: a more powerful, streamlined fundraising operation that saves staff time and improves donor engagement.

Donation Forms

Smarter, More Inclusive Giving

We redesigned Plan’s donation forms into Engaging Networks to be modern, branded, and highly accessible – making it easier for every supporter to give. By building flexible blueprints, Plan’s team can now update templates without developer support, giving them long-term control.

Key enhancements included:

  • Salesforce-ready data structures for accurate donor tracking.
  • New giving options like Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) and Double the Donation matching gifts, helping maximize revenue potential.
  • Accessibility-first design to ensure inclusivity and compliance.

Impact: Donors now experience a smoother, more personalized giving journey that increases conversions and expands fundraising opportunities.

Easier Campaigns, Stronger Automation

We converted Plan’s legacy templates into Engaging Networks block templates, making them modular, flexible, and fully accessible. We also built out five marketing automations to replicate and improve upon their Salesforce process.

Now, Plan’s staff can:

  • Launch campaigns faster with drag-and-drop templates.
  • Reach more donors consistently through automated workflows.
  • Ensure messaging is accessible to all audiences.

Impact: Plan gained a foundation for long-term engagement – automated donor journeys that reduce manual effort while keeping supporters connected and inspired.

Symbolic Giving

A Modernized Online Store

We created a new symbolic giving store directly within Engaging Networks. This polished, branded experience allows supporters to “shop” for gifts that support Plan’s mission, while staff can easily manage and update products.

Impact: Plan’s store now feels like an extension of their website – seamless, on-brand, and more compelling for donors.

Peer-to-Peer Fundraising

Empowering Supporters

Through discovery sessions, we mapped Plan’s goals and tailored a peer-to-peer experience that is simple, functional, and aligned with their brand. The new platform makes it easy for supporters to set up fundraisers and rally their networks.

Impact: Plan now has a powerful peer-to-peer hub that turns supporters into advocates, expands reach, and builds community around their mission.

The Bottom Line
