Meals on Wheels (MOW) was pumped to make the switch to Engaging Networks and retained Cornershop as their agency partner to help the onboarding process go smoothly. Together, we were able to set up their Engaging Networks account and connect it to their various tools to optimize their operations and communications workflows.
When you’re moving to a new CRM it’s always helpful to have someone who understands all of the technical implications. We were able to help the MOW team with data migration and offer technical guidance as they moved to the Engaging Networks platform, ensuring they had the optimal set-up to reach current and future goals through the new platform.
But our partnership didn’t stop there! Our team built nine custom templates within Engaging Networks to make it simple for the MOW team to do things like create donation forms for campaigns, push advocacy actions, promote upcoming events, and connect to their community through regular emails.
Plus, we set them up with eCard campaigns to grow and strengthen connections throughout their community even further. On special days for their seniors, like Grandparents Day, community members can send a custom eCard to spread the love and support MOW in the process!
