Voice of the People Streamlines Data Collection to Make Advocacy Easier

To help their team automate advocacy outreach to representatives and use audience survey responses in follow-up communications, Voice of the People needed to connect their survey tool, Alchemer, with their CRM, EveryAction.

After integrating the two tools, their data collection process is more streamlined and they’re able to automate pieces of their advocacy outreach on behalf of community members.

  • Participants fill out a survey on Alchemer related to a specific political topic.
  • Submitting the survey autofills a connected form on EveryAction with the information from the Alchemer survey.
  • The EveryAction form then collects additional information, and
  • EveryAction sends the form to the Senators and Representative for that person’s district.

The new integration makes it much easier for their team to manage advocacy efforts and for their audience to reach out to their representatives. A win-win!
