We partnered with St. Luke’s Episcopal Church staff for a complete website rebuild to a more user-friendly, modern design that could better support both their congregation and staff. Since this was a full rebuild, we redesigned all of the site’s menu structure and page layouts, migrated their existing content and events, and moved them to a new platform for the site, Blocksy, along with a new hosting service provider in Kinsta.

The original site had become outdated and cluttered so we worked closely with the St. Luke’s team to reorganize content to be more relevant and organized in a more intuitive way. The new layout makes it easier for visitors to find information about worship services, events, ministries, and ways to get involved, while also simplifying backend management for church staff.
To support long-term scalability and ease of use, we transitioned the site to the Blocksy WordPress theme. Blocksy’s intuitive visual editing tools and robust customization features make it easy for the St. Luke’s team to update and manage the site’s design without needing to code. Whether adding new pages, changing layouts, or tweaking the look and feel, the team now has the tools to make updates quickly and independently.
We also migrated the site to Kinsta, providing faster load times, reliable uptime, and automatic backups that help keep the site secure and running smoothly. Its built-in development tools and easy staging environment also make it a great fit for both their team as they grow and us to continue to work with them through their support and maintenance retainer.
This refresh was about empowering the St. Luke’s team with a flexible, future-ready website that reflects their welcoming community and mission. With a clean design, simplified navigation, and powerful back-end tools, the new site offers a much-improved experience for both visitors and administrators.
Now, St. Luke’s can easily share their events, ministries, and messages online while remaining confident in the reliability and performance of their site.
