The John Merck Fund (JMF) was established with the goal of improving the care of those living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. They eventually expanded on the types of missions they supported to offer grants in over a half-dozen issue areas ranging from human rights to clean energy.
After using 100% of the organization’s assets to make the best possible impact in 2022, The John Merck Fund closed its doors. However, they wanted the organization’s legacy to live on online. Together, our two teams built an informational website to showcase JMF, their work, and the impact they had over the course of their five-decade history.
The new website is built on WordPress and uses Elementor Pro as the content editor. We were happy to be able to both help create the content for the new website and migrate that content into the site using layouts that follow best practices and offer a user-friendly experience.
The John Merck Fund team was pleased with how the new site turned out — their legacy will live on through the website long after they closed their doors!
