Because they work with so many different types of people, they need varying membership levels for their students/alumni. So they reached out to us about developing a highly customized system for managing their data, specifically a new way to export their event registration data.
For example, their ticket purchases, a key component of their site’s functionality, allow users to input a different email address than what’s attached to their account, which can cause tracking/reporting issues. Our system addresses this and other issues so they can keep accurate track of all of their data and information.
