Redesigning for Better Visibility and Easier Editing

St. Anne’s came to Cornershop with two clear goals: a website that better showcased their services, and a backend their whole team could actually use. Their existing site wasn’t doing justice to the breadth of their work, content had accumulated over years without a clear SEO strategy, and editing had become a bottleneck that kept more team members from getting involved. They needed a solution that addressed all of it.

A Plan That Covered Design, Editing, and Content

Those challenges pointed to three areas of focus: a modern redesign, a more flexible editing experience, and a content strategy their team could own and sustain. We tackled all three together, building a site that works better for visitors and for the staff managing it every day.

A Clean WordPress Redesign Built for the Whole Team

We built the new site on WordPress using the Impacto Patronus theme and Elementor as the page builder. Elementor’s drag-and-drop functionality and flexible templates make it easy for staff at any skill level to update pages, add content, and keep the site current without relying on a developer. Getting more people involved in maintaining the site was a priority from the start, and the tools we chose reflect that.

Teaching the Team to Write for Search and for People

Rather than rewriting years of accumulated content ourselves, we empowered St. Anne’s team through our Writing for SEO and the Web Workshop. The workshop covered the fundamentals of writing for both human readers and search engines, and we provided templates to help their team apply those lessons right away. Their team worked hard to streamline messaging, sharpen their content, and write in a way that genuinely reaches their audience. That web-ready content made building out the new site straightforward and efficient.
