Avodah organizes Jewish service that inspires and encourages young adults to give back.
Their old site was built on SilverStripe CMS and was almost impossible to change, so we were thrilled to give Avodah a Divi Builder-driven site with a few custom post types to make it easy for them to maintain everything on the site, including the listings of corps members, fellows, and advisory council members that change every year.
The new site is a place where individuals can find information about Avodah’s programs, and see the impact by the organization’s participants each year. And the design fits the organization so much better than their old site – it’s beautiful, exciting, and easy to use, even on a mobile device, which is crucial for their audience.
For engagement and supporter interaction, we used the MailChimp Gravity Forms add-on to pass data from the email sign-up forms into Mailchimp, and we also designed a simple, branded email template to help the team connect with their supporters.
